This villa consists of: - Entire 1st and 2nd floor (3400 square feet) in the main house: 5 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 1 double trundle, 1 double bed, Twin day bed with trundle, full kitchen, great room, formal living room, 2.1/2 bathrooms (one walk-in shower room). - Sunroom (1000 sqft) or a family room overlooking the huge pool and the lake and dining areas facing the lake. BASEMENT: It has one bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) and with a twin pull out day bed with options of 2 extra mattress spaces in the common living area that can (sleep 4) Total sleep 6 in the basement. Not only does the house come with countless alluring facilities but Stoney Creek holds possibilities for adventure such as witnessing Niagara falls in minutes driving, one of the 7 wonders of our world and à truly wondrous experience, or hiking down nature trails home to many adorable critters and marvelous scenery. Lake steep drop plus stairs make it dangerous so the lake is fenced out and not accessible. Please have adults monitoring the children at all times. No shoes allowed, dishes, and garbage to be cleaned. Security Deposit - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500 Surveillance or recording devices on property During your stay, you have access to the entire 3 levels of the home, 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On the main floor, you have the Kitchen, Dining, Family room, Formal living room, half bath. There are spacious spaces for you to enjoy the lake view during any season from almost any room. All items available to the guests are labeled clearly. Thorough walkthrough provided at check-in, and rental agreement signed, no refunds after. Weather and nature cannot be controlled, including lake conditions. Being a lakeside property there will be insects, bring repellants. AC will fail during summer if doors to pool are frequently opened or left open. Owners are not responsible for guests oversight. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING One Black bag (Garbage/trash) and 2 blue bags (recycle) will be provided please drop them near the garage door lock it tightly. All mess from the front & back yard should be picked up and bagged. Pool should have no toys or dirt. Deposits will be refunded upon inspection of property. We reserve the right to bill guests for damaged or missing items. If extra cleaning—over and above what would be considered normal wear and tear—is required, extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit ADDITIONAL FEES *Extra pool maintenance fee $250 (Seasonal access only, summer and fall) * Pooll Heating $175 per 3 night stay/ week (Seasonal only, fall to closing time in winter) *Hot tub 8 to 9 heads $250 per stay/week (Seasonal only) *Fully refundable fee of $500 (used against extra guests, mess or damages) *Extra fee applied over 16 guests (staying or visiting) $50 per head *Extra garbage bag -$15 per bag (one garbage bag is included with multiple recycling bags free) *Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. *No pork/products to be cooked on BBQ & in kitchen *NO PETS *Owners are not responsible for guests belongings during their stay. *Skinny dipping in the pool not allowed * Bring your own towels. *Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check out by 11 AM * We enjoy hosting and always give our guests a tour at arrival.
