Oysters are minutes away at Nicks, Tony’s, or Hogs Island, Close to Blue Water Kayak rental, Pt Reyes National Seashore, Marconi Center Absolutely gorgeous area~ only 1/2 hr from Petaluma but definitely dropped out! No smoking, No pets, No dishwasher, a bit rustic but clean, cozy, adorable! Bring your kayak and launch it from our beach access or rent one close by! Enjoy coffee and breakfast in our own sunny private back yard. Watch the wildlife from the beach! Cook a meal on our old fashioned Wedgewood stove ( Light the burners like the old days) or choose one of the fabulous restaurants minutes away for BBQ oysters, steaks or seafood. No BBQ at cottage. Take a day trip to Pt Reyes Lighthouse and National Seashore, hike, or window shop in the charming town of Pt Reyes 15 min away. Close to Dillon Beach. On the rustic side (no dishwasher), cozy, clean and comfortable. So peaceful! Fresh air!! Great for couples, or small family. Gorgeous area. Perfect getaway! You have the entire house and private backyard to yourself but respect our neighbors that are close by. If your 4th guest is under the age of 5 we will not charge the extra guest fee. No access to the piers, or kayaks which are my neighbor's private property. You can launch and keep your own kayak from cottage. Spectacular views! Fresh air is rejuvenating. Location is fantastic for many nearby attractions. This little cottage is so cute, it is part of what used to be a fishing village. We have close neighbors that live full time here. It is a quiet and tranquil waterfront neighborhood that is definitely dropped out but not that far away. NO TAXIS OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. NO UBER OR LYFT. Pt Reyes is 15 minutes away so stop at the store before you get to the house. Plan to arrive in daylight when possible, it can be tricky to find in the dark. We have some kitchen staples stocked, also bring bottled water. We supply coffee, tea, snacks, and water to get you started. * Rent a kayak at Blue Water minutes away * We have good WIFI and movie streaming. No cable TV *Cell phone range is spotty at best in the entire coastal area but you can call anywhere in the USA on the house phone *The water is ok for washing and cooking but it is natural spring water that hasn't been tested so bring bottled drinking water. *Turn on the water pump with the breakers in the shed and turn off when you check out. * You can use the beautiful antique Wedge wood stove to cook, just light those burners - the old fashioned way. The oven doesn't need to be lit. * We have off-road parking for one car directly in front of the house We are on dry land. Extra cars park on the highway nearby
