Welcome to my hometown, ‘98 grad! Flushing is full of charm...beautiful trails, an ice cream cone, a hot cup of coffee, or a delicious meal are within walking distance. The hill to town is easier going down than coming back up but will be sure to burn off the ice cream cone! Our home was built in 1875 and we offer a private entrance to a quaint bedroom and bathroom comfortable for 2 people. We are conveniently located only 25 minutes to Birch Run Outlets and about 30/35 minutes to Frankenmuth. We will do our best to meet you when you arrive and then will leave you be. You can contact us by phone or text with anything that will make your stay more enjoyable. We do reside in the rest of the home so you will hear noises until around 9pm. You can walk from our house and easily get downtown to a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop and of course an ice cream cone or two!! The neighborhood is quiet with a busy sidewalk of walkers and bike riders. Flushing does not offer public transportation so by foot, bike or car are the best ways to get around. We do have limited parking and can only accommodate one extra car. We are less than 30 minutes to all 3 local hospitals Genesys, McLaren, and Hurley if they are bringing you to the area for work. If you are here for shopping, Frankenmuth and Birch Run Outlets are only 30 minutes away. The first moment I thought I could be a host was on our honeymoon 17 years ago at a B&B in Prince Edward Island. The idea really never left my mind but life and children did keep it a distant thought until recently. We promise to do our very best to create a similar experience for you.
