And also worth mentioning some very comfy beds after a long day on the trails. The home is a Duplex house sitting on a large 2 lot backyard. Rent one or rent both units if available for your stay. Perfect for multi family get together, large groups, etc. You will have your own separate living space and front and rear locked entry in each unit. The common areas are only the laundry room with exit door to the backyard and front porch with 2 entry doors to each unit. There is plenty of parking if everyone pulls straight into the lot and not parallel to the street. The units are insulated fairly well for privacy. But not 100% sound proof so be nice to your neighbors. Full access to your unit or both I can be reached via txt or cell phone for any questions or concerns about the property during your stay. Small town of Davis and just a few steps from Main Street Davis. Short drive to Thomas WV which also has great music, brew pubs, etc. 10 miles to Timberline, Canaan Valley, White Grass. Dolly Sods also short distance from home, Black Water Falls State Park only a couple miles down the street from our house. Plenty of rivers, streams, mountains, trails, and fresh air all for your enjoyment. Don't miss out on the best ice cream I have ever had at the local Ice Cream parlor next to Hell Benders Burrito's. Bring your bikes, fishing poles, ATV's, ect to enjoy the great outdoors. We provide all bed linens, towels, wash cloths, most paper products like paper plates, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We try to keep our kitchen well stocked for cooking your own meals but if we missed something please let us know. We also have a drip style coffee maker and a K cup style. So please bring your favorite with you. Some guest might leave some coffee treats behind so help yourself. We have a charcoal grill and sometimes charcoal left behind. Please empty ashes into fire pit and put grill back into small shed along with the charcoal.
