Come enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique & cozy home for a getaway, retreat, family or business related trip. The listing is for 6 people but able to host up to 15 guests but there will be an additional $30 per person after the first 6 guests. You will find yourselves close to The Meadows Racetrack & Casino, Tanger Outlets and a 5 minute walk to all different types of eateries/restaurants. In addition, it's only 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Home protected by Brinks Home Security with a security camera in the front area looking at the front door and also on the wall in the TV media room(Man Cave area) & key pad entrances. There is a doorbell camera that is activated by any motion at the front door. This open concept, post & beam construction home has such a unique quality & homey feeling. There is special lighting for the evening/night to give it charming ambience. If 4 guests book then 2 bedrooms will be opened and if 6 guests book then 3 bedrooms will be opened, etc. Enjoy throwing your fishing line in the pond to see how big the fish will be that you pull out. 🐠 You will need your own rods & bate. 👍🏻 Kristan would love to visit if she is home but understands if the guests would like their space. Texting is a great way to communicate or by phone is good as well. 1.1 miles from The Meadows Racetrack and Casino 2.1 miles Tanger Outlets 28 miles to The Point in downtown Pittsburgh Close to Planet Fitness, convenience store, many restaurants Within walking distance you will find a gas station, convenient store and many restaurants. Planet Fitness is a stones throw away. Dad’s workshop & garages are off limits. 😉
