Great place for 1 in Historic Valley Junction area

Please review additional house rules before booking. Private bedroom with double bed. Room has small desk, 32" TV, ceiling fan, closet space, and dresser. Shared bathroom is across the hall. For 1 night stays you will have the bathroom to yourself. Quiet time is 10 PM to 6 AM. Living Room with cable TV and basic cable is available for the guest to use during their stay. Kitchen, as well as dishes and utensils are available for guest use. Limited refrigerator and freezer space is available. Washer & Dryer is available for stays 3 days or more. Quiet time is 10 PM to 6 AM. There is generally a parking space available in front of the house. The Valley Junction are has a variety of businesses within a 8 to 12 block walk. I respect my Guests privacy, but am available if needed. I have a space in the basement that I spend most of my time. The bathroom, kitchen, and living are shared but I try to use them at times that would be convenient for the Guest if possible. The shared spaces are shared by me only. The house is 10 to 12 blocks from the Valley Junction Historical District and the Valley Junction Farmers Market. YMCA, Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Walmart are all within a couple of miles. In addition, there are a couple grocery stores, gas stations, and several places to eat within a one mile radius. Rideshare and taxi services provide good coverage of the area. Bus service is very limited. Please review all house rules before booking. Washer & Dryer is free to guests staying 3 days or more. For shorter stays it is $5.00 per load. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
