MINIMUM FOUR-NIGHT STAY DURING NOV-DEC 2021 - PLEASE INQUIRE. MITCHELL-TAPPAN CARRIAGE HOUSE GARDEN STUDIO Is located on the ground level from the patio through private French doors. It sleeps three with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. It has a refreshing garden decor and includes a private bathroom with a step-in shower made of Italian tile, a full kitchenette, and a dining table. Not appropriate for small children. The additional $25/night applies to a third adult, not to youth. I'm available 24 hours a day via cell phone, text, or doorbell on the main house (but we don't always hear the doorbell, depending where we are in the home). We are in a residential neighborhood just a few blocks from both main streets - Howard Street and First Avenue. Walking distances to restaurants, shopping, biking/hiking trails, etc. Hibbing Area Transit and Dial-A-Ride. The oven and stove top in the kitchenette are a toaster oven and a plug-in hot plate (two stove-top coils). The refrigerator is a mini-fridge. There's also a toaster and a mini-crockpot.
