The Ranch provides hiking & biking paths, tennis and golf, and abundant bird watching. Short 5 minute drive to the downtown creative district of Carbondale, with great restaurants, music, art, coffee shops and yoga. Aspen/Snowmass ski resort are 28 miles east (40 minute drive via car or RFTA bus). Clean and bright one bedroom [king sized bed] unit accommodates two people comfortably and spills out onto a private garden patio/parking for one vehicle. cooking area, living room / sitting area, cable TV, internet, new W/D, electric fireplace, patio propane grill.
