It is, however, private property and not accessible to guests. The house has nice big windows with views of the city. Private deck. 2 ground floor bedrooms. 3rd bedroom and office space upstairs. 2nd bathroom upstairs has tub with sprayer but no shower because the ceiling is angled Basement laundry New fast fiber internet ! Use of the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom. Additionally there is another bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Just added a gas grill and picnic table which are seasonable During the current situation with COVID-19, I don’t expect to meet you and check in but will make arrangements. I’m not opposed to meeting up if you wish but all COVID-19 safety practices will be in place. I live in the area and am readily available. Quiet dead end street close to downtown Montpelier and Barre. Easy access to I- 89 You need a car
