Lots of original features but updated where it matters (Electric, plumbing, heating) Sorry no pets. House is above the downtown on a slow city street ends in a cul-de-sac There are houses on both sides but nicely spaced away. The backyard is an open field where you will see deer quite often. It is, however, private property and not accessible to guests. The house has nice big windows with views of the city. Private deck. 2 ground floor bedrooms. 3rd bedroom and office space upstairs. 2nd bathroom upstairs has tub with sprayer but no shower because the ceiling is angled Basement laundry New fast fiber internet ! Use of the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom. Additionally there is another bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Just added a gas grill and picnic table which are seasonable During the current situation with COVID-19, I don’t expect to meet you and check in but will make arrangements. I’m not opposed to meeting up if you wish but all COVID-19 safety practices will be in place. I live in the area and am readily available. Quiet dead end street close to downtown Montpelier and Barre. Easy access to I- 89 You need a car
