Spacious home with pool and hot tub!

My home is great for families and friends with all the comforts of home and more! Swim and relax in the swimming pool open Mid-May to Mid-September, weather permitting. Hot tub open year round! Outdoor gas grill for a backyard BBQ. Enjoy a cocktail in one of the cozy chairs in my wine room! Kitchen is supplied with all the needs to prepare your own meals. Quiet neighborhood, so you will have all the privacy for your stay...which means NO PARTIES. 3 night minimum on all bookings. Master bedroom has King size bed with adjustable base, flat screen TV with Roku and a master bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and large walk in shower with dual shower heads and body jets! King size bed in 2nd bedroom and Queen size bed in 3rd bedroom, both with flat screen TVs and Roku. Pool in back yard open only seasonally from May - September, weather permitting. Pool noodles and towels are available for use, but guests must bring any other floats, goggles, etc...Hot tub is year round. 2 car garage available as well as street parking. A limited amount of coffee, toilet paper and paper towels will be provided to start off each stay. The whole house and back-yard is available to guests. I never do any shared spaces or bookings. I will be travelling during your stay and will have a local friend available for any questions or problems. Quiet, safe suburban neighborhood in SW Springfield with easy access to Hwy 13 and James River Freeway. Grocery stores and restaurants a few minutes away and most food delivery services. 5 min to The Fieldhouse, 10 minutes to Bass Pro, 15 min to MSU.
