We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway. We are located right along Route 30 in Parkesburg which is only 5 minutes from Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree, Wawa & so much more. This location is perfect because no matter where you want to go in Lancaster county Route 30 will most likely take you there. . The owner lives and runs his roofing business out of the house that the apartment is attached too. He is a single, Christian man who is trustworthy and will be happy to help if you have any questions while you are on the property. NOTE: we are right along route 30 so if noise is a problem for you, this might not be the place for your vacation. (A noise maker is available for you in the apt) I don't get to meet all my guests, because of our self check-in process. However, I am available if you have any questions during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. A favorite coffee place of ours is a coffee shop trailer called "Buckwheat's Coffee" that is located within minutes from us and has some of the best coffee in Parkesburg. One of my favorite things about our locations is that we are right in the middle of so many Popular places. You will have pretty much any option you may want no matter which direction you decide to go up Route 30. :) Take 30 West and you will have Downingtown & Exton with only a 15-20 minute drive. Both of these places will give you an Endless amount of options to choose from. But if you take 30 East you will have Lancaster, PA which is where you will find ALL of the tourist hot spots. (Check out my guidebook for a few favorites. Lancaster, PA is huge and has hundreds of options for you.)
