Anna's House

Anna's House is available for all guests and perfect for longer stays. Anna's House is on a private road - nice for taking walks and biking. We are following Governor Mills' and Maine CDC guidelines for seasonal rentals. Guidelines continue to change, we will contact you with updated information closer to arrival date. Because of Covid-19 it is especially important that we have 48hr advance notice for bookings. Contact us with any questions. We have a STRICT NO PETS policy due to allergies. Anna's house is a two story, two bedroom, two bath home, fully and comfortably furnished. Well-equipped kitchen with gas range and oven, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all dishes and utensils — everything you could need. Open dining area with table that can seat six. Living room with smart tv that comes with Netflix and Amazon access. High speed wi-fi throughout the house. Downstairs bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Upstairs master suite has full bath and a queen bed in a semi-private nook. There is a fold-out couch that comfortably sleeps two and is located at the far end of the upstairs bedroom suite (not in the living room). Guests have access to the entire house and open front porch with cooking grill and seating area. Parking in private driveway of Anna's House. Use of the attached garage for longer stays, to store skis, snow shoes, kayaks, bikes (etc.) or a mid size vehicle. Short drive to restaurants, hiking areas, boat trips, etc. We are here to assist you in any way we can. However, we are careful of your privacy and will happily stay out of your hair! You are welcome to explore the property and take long walks on the road, as there is only one other home nearby. Anna's House is located on a quiet, paved, dead end road, but is close to US Rt 1 for easy access to local attractions. Several restaurants stay open all winter which are nearby. Local hospitals (2 of them) are 25 minutes from this location. Local theater has programs all winter - 20 minutes away by car. Bald eagles and deer are often spotted while wild turkeys occasionally stroll through the property all winter long. Maine CDC guidelines concerning Covid - 19 are continually changing. We will update information individually, including any restrictions, closer to the time of your visit with us. You'll love Anna's House but please, NO PETS due to allergies.
