This modern condominium is located 6 miles from the Winter Park ski lifts and minutes to great restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located by a grocery store, liquor store and more. The free bus system will pick you up a few steps for our front door and take you anywhere you would like to go in the Winter Park/Fraser area. This unit has queen beds in both bedrooms and twin beds in the loft. In addition there is a full size air mattress so this unit will sleep 7 people comfortably. If you have little ones, a pack and play, high chair, gate for the stairs and toys are available for your use. The modern floor plan with vaulted ceilings allows you to cook at home and eat inside or on the patio. Enjoy using the BBQ grill while taking in all the beautiful scenery. A storage unit is provided for your skis, snowboards or snowshoes. Enjoy using the provided sleds at the nearby sledding hill. During summer months, use our cooler for picnics or concerts in the park. There are several hiking and biking trails within minutes.
