Charming parlor in this Victorian home is filled with books, art, custom created stained glass; piano, guitar, uke, drums, board games...many things to make your stay delightful. Tall ceilings and pocket doors grace the space. Coffee, tea, muffins and fruit served in vintage dining room in the morning. Private room provides a queen bed and chaise lounge to relax with 40’ TV. Street parking is plenteous and free; as is the kind hospitality. I’m flexible, just ask. This 1900 era Victorian home and studio shop is filled with art, antiques, books, and instruments. Eclectically decorated by the singer songwriter, stained glass artist and jewelry designer, home owner, Cynthia. Located in a quiet neighborhood in uptown; north of interstate 81. Five minute Uber drive to downtown Capital, HACC, Farm Show Convention Center. Walk to the Conveniently just off I-81 (exit 66) and I-83. plenty of free street parking. Private Guest Room is on second floor, so guest will be required to climb stairs. Common guest living and dinning room is located on first floor. I’m am mostly available and flexible...just ask! Wonderfully close (2-4 miles) to the downtown Capital, HACC, the Farm Show Complex and Convention Center, Pinnacle Health, Harrisburg University, train and bus station... Within 20 minutes to Hershey Park and attractions, and Carlisle. Plenteous free street parking. Public transit passes within block. 2-3 mile Uber drive to downtown, HACC, and Farm Show. We do have sweet dog and cuddle cats for your enjoyment and therapeutic companionship during your stay. We also offer pet sitting for guests who need for very reasonable rates.
