Heron View private suite, breathtaking ocean views

Bright open new suite, with huge windows providing beautiful ocean views and a private patio. The property overlooks Cowichan Bay. Take a 10 minute stroll down to the village for shops, grocery/liquor store, restaurants, pubs, museums, marina, activities including kayak rental and whale watching excursions. Duncan is a 10 min drive away plus there is a multitude of wineries and golf courses nearby. We'll answer your questions as best as we can. You'll have a private entrance and patio with rooftop. There is a lawn encircling the patio for your use. We have huge trees, as well as, flowering bushes and plants. We're in a country setting with panoramic ocean views. We live on a dead end road with only 4 houses off it. Feel free to move around the entire property as long as you close the gate securely so my little Brussels Griffin dog doesn't escape. Bella is friendly and has a doggy door, but you're not likely to see her. We live on a quiet dead end road with huge trees on and around our property. You're also welcome to chat with us if you like, but we will give you your privacy in and out of your suite. The neighbourhood is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of people walking and bicycling. The views and the landscapes are beautiful. Genoa Bay is across the bay, as well as, views of Salt Spring Island and Mt. Tzouhalem. You will see people boating, paddleboarding, dragon boating and fishing in the bay, from your suite. The eagles and herons fly over and through our property. The heron rookery is close by in a treed ravine. There is a multitude of wineries within a 10 - 25 minute drive, as well as, golf courses. The bus runs along Cowichan Bay Road to neighbouring communities, as well as, Victoria. You can park in the front near the house, on the right of our driveway with easy access to your entrance gate on the right. There is a "suite parking" sign to save your spot. We park at the front, on the left and use the gate on the left. Please ensure the gate latches properly as sometimes it pops out and the dog could escape or get hurt in our driveway. Please remember there is no smoking or vaping allowed on our property.
