100 Mile View-Your Romantic & Family Getaway w/Game Room

A million city lights twinkle before you as you sit on the deck of this hillside chalet watching the spectacular sunsets. You are not far from Lake Arrowhead the "Alps of Southern California". Nestled on the edge off a cliff with views of Mt. Baldy, to Catalina Island on a clear day. You and family need this family vacation, anniversary or special time together. Reservations: Age categories of all guests must be provided in the request, as this is a romantic and family getaway only. LAYOUT OF HOUSE: in the pictures. ROOMS INCLUDE: (Entire use of the house, less the supply closet at the lower level). Master Bedroom 1: Queen firm Bed (Graco Pack N Play in closet, as well as fold up mattress bed can be set up for one of the kids as well). Fireplace, private entrance to the upper deck. Bedroom 2: (On lower level): Queen bed with private entrance to the lower deck. Family Room (Lower level): 1 Bunk bed with twin mattress's extra long, for adults or tall kids (see pictures). Game Room - With Air Hockey, Foosball, and XBox. Games and Puzzles are also provided. See picture. Sleeping space for no more than 6 guests, in the beds provided. Kitchen fully equipped. We include a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and oven. There will be hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. Extra paper towels and TP are under the sinks. All the beds have sheets, pillows, and pillow cases. There are extra sheets, blankets and pillows as needed, in the bedroom closets. (Maximum 4 beds for 6 guests in total with extra memory foam fold up bed). Full baths: 2 The bathrooms have guest shampoo/conditioner and soap. House comes with bath towels in each bathroom. There are more bath towels in the bathroom cabinet, if you need more. These extra towels are for your use. Living room and downstairs family room is for your pleasure. There is a small selection of DVD’s for you to watch. Smart TV’s allow you to access Amazon prime, Netflix and other networks with your account. We have a desktop computer - internet connected, so that you can access your account, get mail and keep in touch with anyone from this home. The wifi is fast, so that kids and adults can use the wifi for work and school when they are here. Some cellphone plans do not get good reception up here in the mountains, which is why we have a computer for you to use. Covid-19 Sanitizing Protocol: We use the Enhanced Cleaning Protocol for Vacation Rentals. This is the step-by-step process: 1. We prepare and ventilate the space for our guests 2. We sanitize every room 3. We are sanitizing surfaces 4. We are checking each room to make sure it is very clean 5. We reset the space for the new guests As the science evolves, we’re also adapting our response in our collective effort to help ensure the safety of our guests during this pandemic. What is the difference between cleaning and sanitizing? Cleaning removes food and other types of soil from a surface such as a countertop or plate. Sanitizing reduces the number of pathogens on that clean surface to safe levels. Surfaces must be cleaned, rinsed, sanitized, and allowed to air dry. We sanitize this home between guests. Our cleaning crew and workers are all fully vaccinated and we monitor their health.
