Jay Covered Bridge Studio Apartment

This new garage apartment overlooks the Ausable River, the Jay covered bridge and Jay Mountain. Whiteface Ski Area, the High Peaks and Lake Placid are a short drive away. The space fits two and allows a comfy, safe base for any Adirondack adventure. This newly constructed building has in-floor heat and a ceiling fan. The bright, open space is decorated with Adirondack-style furniture; a small balcony overlooks the Ausable River and the Jay Mountain Range. There's a mini-fridge, microwave and TV. The hosts live on the property: the garage is semi-attached to the hosts' home. The studio is along the Ironman triathlon route/Jay village green; across the road from the Ausable River/swimming hole; near Whiteface Ski Area, Wilmington mountain-bike trails and Keene/Keene Valley High Peaks hiking; and a short drive to Lake Placid. An air mattress is available upon request for children or an extra—third—guest. (An additional adult guest is $50.) We are animal lovers, but cannot allow animals in the studio—we're sorry. Also, no smoking on the property.
