Spacious guest apartment in basement of home complete with full size kitchen, living space, and bathroom as well as outdoor space access. Private entrance with self check-in through a cellar entrance on the backside of the home. View photos for any concerns regarding a downstairs entrance. Makings for a hot dinner and breakfast are provided in a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials. An alcoholic beverage is offered on your first night. Discounts offered for stays of 5 nights and up. There is a private entrance to the basement around the backside of the house allowing self check-in. The entrance is through storm cellar doors down stairs. Please view photos on the posting for the downstairs entrance to ensure the stairs will not be an issue. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking yourself. It is stocked with essentials and meal options for a hot dinner and a hot breakfast. For example: soup, mac and cheese, rice and beans, eggs, and oatmeal. An alcoholic beverage is also provided your first night. For entertainment, a variety of card and board games are provided as well as cable TV and streaming with Hulu. The backyard patio has solar lighting at night for a relaxing outdoor space. There is a fire pit also available for guest use. Firm sleeping queen bed for 2 adults. Pack n' Play available upon request for stays with infants and toddlers. Home fitness equipment available to keep up with your workout while away. Toiletries and first aid supplies are stocked if you happen to need them. House-trained, well behaved pets are allowed to stay but must receive prior approval. Guests have the whole downstairs space to themselves. I do live in the space upstairs, but both spaces are separate. There is a large patio space and backyard where guests can use sit and enjoy the outside including the fire pit. At night, solar lights will light up the patio space. Feel free to take the fitness equipment outside and enjoy your yoga in the backyard. Street parking is available in front of the house. Entry to space is by a key lockbox and does not have a restriction on check in time. Quiet and safe neighborhood. There are several state parks nearby and plenty of hiking trails. Close to the CT river, River Highlands golf course, and Wesleyan university. Close to Cromwell dog park at corner of Evergreen and Coles Rd. The indoor space is 100% non-smoking, this does include marijuana. This space is downstairs. Please view photos on the posting to view the stairs and entryway if you have any concerns. For long term stays with a pet, there may be a refundable pet deposit requested. All pets must have approval to stay. The space is comfortable for 2 adults and a small child. There wll be additional fees for any additional adults. Pack N'Play is available on request for sleeping arrangements with an infant. Only 1 overnight parking space is allocated from nov 15th -apr 15th due to a city wide parking ordinance banning street parking from 3-6am. There is no parking restriction during April - Nov.
