This Apartment is for 28 days or longer only. Perfect for Nurses, Contract workers or Students on assignment. You will have your own private quaint complete one bedroom apartment with full benched bay window which has that old world charm. This has its own private locked entrance from the outside separate from the main quarters. With a wrapped around front porch. The apartment has 12 foot ceilings with a complete kitchen/living room/bedroom and bath & fully stocked plus a laundry room. Your apartment is located on the second floor of our registered historic Victorian Queen Anne home that is dated 1896. The apartment is quaint and airy and definitely unique. It has been updated and maintained but nothing is perfect. Because of the pandemic we are taking ONLY LONG TERM guests at this time. We do not accept children or pets . Social distancing and masks are mandatory. Please have respect for our home and our rules that apply. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and artists and you can walk or bike to the coffee house, health food store, craft beer music venue plus neighborhood bar and restaurant's and antique stores. We also have a green trail, an farmers market with boat docks on the river front with painted flood wall murals and a theater plus museums with plenty to do. Were a historic river city that has won national awards in art and entertainment . We leave our guests alone unless something is needed or have maintenance issues then we are just downstairs and can contact us right away. We ask you to not have any overnight guests the apartment is only rented to you and you only thank you. Located in lower town artist district with some of the finest 19 century historic homes on the national registry of historic homes. Where there's walking to the neighborhood coffee shop, restaurant brewery , farmers market, privately owned restaurants and antique stores downtown. Plus our quilt museum and the beautiful river front. We are within blocks of Pats transit bus system and we have two separate taxi services plus lyft and uber also. We are in walking distance of downtown and local vegetable market , restaurants, shops, theatre and coffee house. We also have a green trail for biking or running or walking. We are 1.9 miles from Baptist health hospital and Mercy health is 4 .2 miles. If you want like a month and a few days or a week not a full month we can do that also but I need to do a month to month because of less guests to be around etc. Thanks for your understanding.
