You can use the kitchen, study room and terrace. The house has walking trails along beautiful creeks, forests and the Fenton river. You will love it. !!! The house is very quiet and a good space to study, rest and be near Uconn Access to fully furnished kitchen. Access to community room. It is about a 10 minute drive and a 50 minute walk to UConn. There is no public transportation to the house, but you can take an Uber.
