Greenwich, CT - Waterfront Cottage in Riverside

Our waterfront Airbnb is the perfect retreat from NYC, and great for social and business travelers alike. We are less than 1 mile to the Metro North train to New York City, 1.5m to Stamford, and one mile off I-95. Grocery store, take-out and more are just a short walk up the road. The open concept living/dining room has expansive windows to enjoy the spectacular waterfront views of Mianus Pond. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, alfresco dining, or just relaxing by the water. Both full baths were completely renovated in 2018. Grocery delivery from neighborhood grocery store has been flawless. Excellent medical care available, including walk-in emergency care within walking distance, top-notch pediatrician with extended hours open to non-patients, and two excellent hospitals 10 minutes away. (several people have asked about local medical care, so I am including this information here) Guests have access to entire home, grounds, kayak, and pond. (Please be careful on the water!) Please let us know if you have any special requests in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. We want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable! We live less than a mile from the house. House is located on a quiet residential street. There is a grocery and wine store, ice cream stand, gourmet Italian market, pizza, dry cleaners, hair and nail salons, and pub all within walking distance. Close to many places of worship. One mile to Riverside Metro North train station, which has ample parking lot spaces for visitors. Street parking by the station is also an option (which I recommend to save the $5 daily parking fee :-)) We generally do not permit pets, but may make exceptions upon request.
