Downstairs level has master bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 3 living areas (one with large flat screen TV), large kitchen area and dining area. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a large living area with large flat screen tv, 1 full bathroom, and a deck overlooking the pool/backyard/ pond. Large outdoor space includes 10 ft. deep swimming pool, large seating area, sunning deck with lounge chairs, propane grill, fire pit, and trampoline. Super clean and neat. Outdoor area is perfect for grilling or enjoying family and friends. Nature is everywhere. Full use of house and pool and outdoor grill/ fire pit. Miles of running/ hiking/ equestrian trails are within walking distance. Boat ramp is nearby. You can fish in the pond on the property or on nearby Lake Lewisville. We are happy to help you with your stay. We can help you with planning activities, restaurants or sight seeing, and can provide meals upon request. Each home on the private road is situated on at least 2 acres Our home is approximately (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from Denton and approximately 30 miles from eith Downtown Dallas or Downtown Ft. Worth. There is local shopping and eateries 5 minutes away in Flower Mound or Highland Village. Please note that our family of five live in our home on a daily basis. This is not a rental property for us. We enjoy sharing our place and love hospitality. If you are looking for a place to have crazy party, we are not the place. We do not charge a cleaning fee with the expectation that you will leave our home in the same way you found it.
