"Starter Supplies" consists of - a roll of toilet paper, a bar of bath soap per bathroom, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc. You will need to bring and/or buy additional supplies for longer extended stays. That is also true of laundry detergent, trash bags, spices & condiments:) A credit card hold is required two days prior to check-in as a security deposit hold. The hold will be released within ten days of check-out pending any charges incurred for damages, missing items, etc. An information request after booking will be sent, and before arrival, a swipe of a credit card for the hold will be requested, just like in a hotel. We don't charge an amount in the booking as a damage deposit. We will not bait and switch you into another house because we can't! The home WILL sleep 10 people, all in REAL beds-sized beds. In addition, there is a pack-and-play crib and highchair if needed. You are renting a large luxury high-end house, 10 comfortably, is well cleaned with top-line linens, a 6-8-person hot tub cleaned every week, and big beds.
