The 1+ bedroom, 1-bath apartment with upscale Asian and minimalist modern décor in tones of ivory, browns and blacks offers large west-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light, as well as a spacious kitchen with a marble-topped kitchen island. Original artwork and eclectic furnishings complete the ambiance. Please note, kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The 800-square-foot residence is right in the heart of Carmel, making it easy to park your car and go on foot to many different attractions. Set within a beautifully landscaped courtyard, the apartment is just steps away from Carmel’s acclaimed Village Gem restaurant, and many others that are within a few blocks. By car, it’s just a few minutes to the beach, or 10 minutes to the world-class golf courses and restaurants of Pebble Beach®, to Monarch butterfly sightings in Pacific Grove, or to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Other attractions within a half hour’s drive are the natural wonders of Big Sur and wine tasting and dining in Carmel Valley Village. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with complimentary cheese and wine or sparkling cider, wine tasting passes and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, as well as spa robes, and beach gear with everything you need for a day at the beach, including chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella and cooler. The residence features an entryway from which there is access to either of the sleeping areas. The upper level living area features a king-sized bed with an elegant fabric headboard and an ivory brocade bedspread. From the bed, enjoy views of either the downtown lights of Carmel or the 60-inch HDTV. There is also a sitting area with a sofa and accent tables. An adjacent dining area offers seating for four around a glass-topped table, with beautiful views through the upper-story windows. The kitchen features a double sink, newer appliances and white cabinetry. The bedroom features a queen bed with bedding in white, blue and sage green, in addition to original artwork and a 42-inch HDTV. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, a large mirror and tiled vanity counter top. Parking is available on the street.
