If the reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total stay. If the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Holiday Season. Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Reservations are refundable in the event of COVID-19 area shutdowns which prohibit outdoor activities or that require mandatory traveler quarantine. Travel insurance may be purchased for sickness or flight cancellations.
