Our Balboa property is perfectly maintained and truly has the feel of a home away from home. Enjoy the two outdoor seating areas, bbq, the spacious interior, comfortable furnishings and high-end mattresses on the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is bright and airy and has a lovely feel to it. Located on a quiet street away from the crowds, it is just 6 houses in from the North Bay Front. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total stay. If the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Holiday Season. Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Reservations are refundable in the event of COVID-19 area shutdowns which prohibit outdoor activities or that require mandatory traveler quarantine. Travel insurance may be purchased for sickness or flight cancellations.
