Knockanure A is part of a two sided cabin. Each side of Knockanure has a private entrance and features lots of natural light, a king and queen bed, mini fridge, tea kettle, fireplace, jetted tub, and an outdoor shower. Our 250 acre farm is a rare jewel in rural Anderson Valley, sitting atop a mountain ridge, surrounded by redwoods and pine trees, containing open meadows, scenic lakes, and established fruit tree groves. The Anderson Valley itself is home to a bevy of local shops, wineries, farms, and even a brewery. There will be a list of community events updated weekly for guests. There are two State Parks within 10 miles of Blackbird Farm and the closest beach is 15 miles away in Elk. The town of Mendocino is an hour drive through the redwoods and along Hwy 1. Farm Stay Inn at Blackbird Farm is not located near public transportation. In addition to Knockanure A, we have other cabins, and a yurt to accommodate groups of up to 20 guests at a time.
