Red Rock Retreat near Bryce Canyon

Our fully-remodeled, 104-year-old, pioneer home is nestled in the red rocks of Cannonville, Utah, USA. 15 minutes away from Bryce Canyon! Near one of the world's Top 10 Scenic Byways. You’ll love our place for its views and quality accommodations, such as beautiful stained-glass windows, down comforters, plus high speed fiber optic internet. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. The house has two units. This is the entire main floor apartment. We don't currently have grass. Around the corner is about two acres of grass at the park. Reservations are 40% off since Covid interrupted our landscaping project. We have lots of great, new concrete and patios, but no grass. (Discount already reflected in the price) The interior is comfortable and ready for your stay! Walk up the front steps to the roomy front porch that can sit your entire group. The entire main floor houses all of the rooms in the photos. Out the back kitchen door you’ll find the stairs that lead down to the shared laundry facilities. There are two washers and dryers, so you’ll pretty much always have a machine available. Note that we don't currently have grass, but we're right around the corner to 2 acres of grass at the park. We just put in spacious concrete walkways around the entire home. There currently is landscaping going on to improve the yard area. You’ll have access to the area immediately around the house. The front yard is in the process of being landscaped, so the park around the corner can suit all of your picnic, fire pit and grass meadow needs! There is now an asphalt parking lot to the side of the house for parking or you can park out front along the road. Please no parking or driving on any of the cement in the area. Please stay out of the very back part of the property there is construction equipment and materials that are located back there and we don't want anyone getting hurt. We generally give you your space and privacy, and offer self check-in as per of that. We do live just down the street, so we are generally available when you need something. We live in a quiet neighborhood in a small town. The town park is half a block away. The Grand Staircase National Monument Visitor’s Center is right next door. Most of the town is surrounded by red rocks and great hiking areas. We live in a remote area, so we really recommend having a car, but there are shuttle companies in the area who can take you to see sites nearby or even as far as Las Vegas. Don’t forget to drive all of Highway 12 to experience some one-of-a-kind scenery. We don't currently have grass. We are currently landscaping and fixing the area up. It takes a lot of time and man power, we are working as fast as we can and working around guests so not to bother anyone. In the meantime, the city park is half a block away, where you can enjoy family gatherings on the grass and the mezzanine.
