Central A/H, Wifi, Basic Cable TV. You have the entire house to yourselves. Plenty of off street parking. Fenced in back yard. The whole house and fenced in back yard. We have a digital lock so often we do not meet our guests as they are able to self check in with the keyless entry. But we are available if our guests need us for anything. It's a mixed neighborhood with residences and businesses. Located less than 3 miles from Interstate 10. 30-40 minutes to Baton Rouge. 50-60 minutes to New Orleans. 15 minutes from the grand plantation homes along the Mississippi River. We charge a $30 fee for one pet and $50 fee for two pets.
