We are clean, no pets, no kids, do not smoke. Park with pond, walking trail, swings and nature marsh in backyard. Access to frig and self-serve breakfast. Limited kitchen & laundry use. Queen bed, bath, shower, toilet, double sinks, closets. Very clean. Private livingroom with couch, satellite television, internet access via ethernet or WiFi, desk and a view. Attached open public loft livingroom also available. You receive code to enter/exit. The Metra station, located 8 blocks away, goes to over 15 cities and direct to Union Station in downtown Chicago. We are surrounded by parks, shopping, restaurants, theaters, churches, universities and more. There is one step up at house doorway. A flight of stairs up to your private quarters.
