You will have your own private entrance and access to the yard and grill. Parking is available for free in the driveway directly in front of this unit. Main attractions & and nearby cities within 15 minutes! This is the perfect place for someone who wants to rest and relax with the convenience of a full kitchen. The space is located on a main road only 2 miles from the main highways. Nearby attractions include Blackstone River Bike path, Lincoln Woods State Park, Lincoln Mall, Del's Lemonade, The Ice Cream Machine, Lincoln Creamery, Diamond Hill State Park, The Cumberland Monastery, The Emerald Square Mall, Wrentham Shopping Outlets, Gillette Stadium, and Twin River Casino. Restaurants include Davenports, J Gray's, Angelo's, Jacky's Galaxie, Trattoria Romana and Harry's Burger. Grocery: Stop & Shop, Seabra and Dave's Market. This is a private apartment with it's own private entrance and access backyard, patio and grill. This apartment is on the first floor of a split level home. There is another apartment below on the basement level. We are available for questions. We will have minimal interaction to respect your enjoyment and privacy. Parties and guests who are not officially booked are not allowed. Very safe Neighborhood. Secure parking. The house is located on a main road minutes from highway access. There is a very pretty back yard and three season room. Uber and Lyft availble. You can get to surrounding cities like Providence, Lincoln, Smithfield, and Attleboro in about 15 minutes by car. 45 Minutes to Boston. RIPTA is a block away and MBTA is 10 minutes from here. Parking is available for up to 2 cars on a private driveway. Close to 295, 146 and 95. Amenities: Comfortable Queen Size Bed & Cozy Couch. Air mattress is also available upon request. Wi-Fi and Smart TV with apps and internet only (there is no cable or local). Fully equipped kitchen: stainless steel fridge, stove oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, utensils, coffee & tea. Linens, towels, blow dryer, iron, and basic toiletries are provided.
