Our place is 2600 sq ft brand new home. Completely secluded and hidden among the beautiful evergreens. Great open layout inside and out, fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Beautiful private deck is great for BBQ, activities and a Jacuzzi tub. Perfect for families with kids and big groups. Minutes to ski resort, Tanbark trail, Chichester Yoga and the heart of Phoenicia. Internet and landline are provided. Guests must sign acknowledgement of Rules and Regulations. This is a brand new home, spacious and cozy equipped with everything to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing get away. Rooms not available for guests are basement and one of the two closets upstairs. No parking in the garage as it is used to store equipment and garbage. But there is plenty of parking outside. You may text or call us anytime . Our cohost will be available if needed. Secluded, private stay. Near the river, few minutes from ski resorts, hiking, tubing (in the summer) , spas, yoga and excellent variety of family owned dining. Fresh air and fresh foods. Very relaxing, surrounded by nature.
