Beautiful Room at Nature Preserve

House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Lake Villa, northern Illinois. The area is beautiful and directly behind the house is Grant Nature Preserve where you can walk, jog or bike. House is convenient to many other places. You are 20 minutes from Six Flags, I hr. from Milwaukee, and an hour and 20 minutes from Chicago. There is a nearby park with a beach that you also have access to. My place is a very cute two bedroom house in a quiet, residential neighborhood. This a place where you can relax and enjoy nature. There is a nature preserve behind the property and another park and beach nearby that you can also use. You may use the entire house and yard in addition to your bedroom. I live primarily in Florida but May or may not be present when you are. I do come to Illinois at times since I have family and rental property I need to tend to. Even if I am not physically present, you will still be able to contact me if you need to. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a nature preserve right behind the property. Public transportation is available at two Metra stations nearby: Lake Villa and Fox Lake which can take you to Milwaukee or Wisconsin. There is a washer/dryer on site that you may use. Please make sure that you use HE detergent and leave the washer door open. Security cameras are on 7/24 and located on the side of the house, rear patio and living room/kitchen. Tampering with security cameras, smoking, vaping , pets or additional people not included with reservations will include a surcharge of $275.00
