Planning a visit to Philly? Be my guest in this recently renovated apartment that was being used as an office, but now converted into an AirBNB. This apartment is the perfect stay for a business traveler with modern furniture and all the amenities of a hotel, but it is not limited for only business professionals as anyone can book a stay here. As you can see from the pictures this space has been elegantly designed. Enter the apartment through the private entrance using an electronic keypad where you will be greeted into the living room that has a loveseat, fireplace, 24 inch TV, workable desk with a 27 inch iMac and Microsoft office. There is also a mini bar where you can make drinks for you and your guests. You can use the iMac to stream music via Spotify. The bedroom has a 47 inch TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. Also equipped with a ceiling fan and wireless phone chargers on both lamps. The bathroom has an assortment of towels for you to use and is equipped with a hair drier mounted on the wall. The first aid kit is in the vanity sink storage compartment. There is an ironing board and iron located in the closet right outside the bathroom. The kitchen has pots and pans should you decide to make food. There is a recently built Shoprite one block away where you can pick up your groceries. Also included is a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a Keurig machine. I provide free complementary coffee to my guests to get you going in the morning. There is also a table where you can eat in the kitchen, but feel free to use the desk if you need to accommodate more people. There is a private parking space out back for your convenience and usually open spaces on the street in front of the building. You do not have to pay for street parking in this area of Philadelphia. This apartment is also secured with Comcast Home Security 24hour protection. You will have a passcode to enter the apartment and to secure the apartment when you leave. Guests will have access to the whole apartment all to themselves. Available via phone by day, in person availably after 5:30 during weekdays, all day on the weekends. This apartment is located on a quiet block that is within walking distance to the shopping center where you will find the Shop Rite. There is also a Wawa convenience store that has gasoline if you need to fuel up. For any long term guests, there is a laundromat in this shopping center directly in front of the Shop Rite if you need to wash clothes, as there is no washer or drier in the apartment. This shopping center also has a Blink Fitness. A Planet Fitness is 1.5 miles away from the apartment. If you need to visit Walmart or Target, both are located within 2 miles off of Aramingo Ave. The shoppes at Aramingo have a variety of fast food places like McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Boston Market, Panda Express and many more. There is also a Wine and Spirits and a beer distributor located at Aramingo. Local banks within 2 miles include PNC, Citizensbank, Wells Fargo, M & T Bank, Republic Bank, Santander, and WSFS Bank. Local pharmacies within 2 miles include Rite aid, Walgreens, and CVS. There are multiple means of transportation to take you to center city Philadelphia, the Frankford Transportation Center is 1 mile away and the Bridesburg Train station is 1/2 mile away. There are also multiple bus routes in the area that can take you all over Philadelphia. Route 1 (The Roosevelt Boulevard) and I95 are 5 minutes away via Harbison Ave. If you need to head over to NJ, the Tacony Palmyra bridge and Betsy Ross bridge are also 5 minutes away from the apartment.
