Majestic King Master Suite w/huge bathroom

Our historic house is located in the Catskills in the Hamlet of Andes on a generous 1.5 acres close to downtown. The Majestic Master Suite is on the 2nd floor-very private with a French door opening to a large balcony. The 450sq. foot room has a high vaulted ceiling, hard wood floors, a king size bed with a luxury mattress, a fireplace. En suite bathroom has double vanity, separate shower and a 2-person jacuzzi. General areas are shared with other guests. The Doll House has four floors. The gentlemen's lounge and sauna are located in the basement. The first floor has a kitchen with a bathroom, a living room, an office and a parlor room. he Majestic Master Suite with an en suite bathroom is magnificent in its size and elegance! The room has king size bed with a luxury mattress and is located on the 2nd floor. It is very private and both bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Staying in this gorgeous room makes one feel as a king or a queen! It is an ultimate place for a romantic getaway-a two person Jacuzzi, a balcony with mountain views, a luxury bed with high-end linens, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker, all these features make Majestic Suite very desirable to relax and feel special. The King Tower bedroom has a king size bed and is charming in its decor. The Queen Rose with a queen bed and Bella Beauty with a twin bed are rented as a suite and can accommodate up to 3 guests. These three bedrooms-King Tower, Queen Rose and Bella Beauty can be rented together and can accommodate five guests. The Blue bathroom is private and has a separate shower and a claw leg tub...fun to use it! A unique 3rd floor studio apartment (queen and single beds plus a queen futon couch) has a en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and great views! It can be rented separately and can accommodate three to five guests. All general use areas are accessible to all guests including a sauna (extra charge), pool table area and TV lounge in the basement, living room with a wood fireplace and a kitchen with a dining and sitting area with TV. The guests can communicate with the manager and the owner via the Airbnb platform on any issues or questions during their stay. The manager resides on the premises but minimizes his direct interaction with the guests. RING electronic doorbells (2 units total) are installed on the front entrance door and the back deck guest entrance door for guests' convenience and added security. The manager receives the motion notifications on his mobile phone and can interact with guests if needed via a RING phone. ROCU is installed in the TV in the lounge, Master king, Gentlemen's lounge and in the 3rd floor apartment for streaming. The mesh system throughout the house enhances the quality of wifi. Upstate New York (the Catskill Mountains) is a four-season destination whether you come for vacation or just for a visit. Andes is located about 2,5 hours from the City. It is a quaint American town with beautiful mountain vistas, known for family farms, antique shops, art galleries, local artisans and restaurants. Restaurants often showcase locally grown or produced food like cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables. It feels set back in time...Delhi is about 11 miles-great golf course, and Margaretville is about 7. Bellayre and Plattekillare ski resorts are also very close, 20-25 min drive. Andes is also about an hour south of the National baseball museum in Cooperstown. In the spring and summertime there are outdoor concerts, farmers markets, fairs, yard sales and more. Canoeing, kayaking and fishing can be enjoyed at the Pakatacan reservoir that supplies drinking water to the City. Fall is for leaf peeping. What a sight! Drive down the country roads, pick apples and pumpkins, sip some warm apple cider and enjoy nearby town harvest festivals. Winter is full of activities as well as we are close to two ski resorts nearby that offer tubing, downhill skiing, snowboarding and skiing. Walking to Wayside Cider, Two Old Tarts and The Andes Hotel! A short drive to Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, Union Grove Distillery and the Pakatakan Farmers Market in Roxbury. The car is required to get around. We have a generous driveway to park the car. Trailways Bus comes out of NYC several times a day making regular stops in Andes downtown, a short walk from our house. The Trailways bus travel on Route 28 that crosses Andes. The bus stop is in the center of town near Andes General Store, a walking distance from our house. Otherwise, a car is necessary to get around. The gas station is also near the general store. Other closest gas stations are in Delhi and Margaretville. We have a generous parking area in the back of the house. Winter is here and they say it will be perfect for skiing!
