W/D in full bath Super clean, comfie and convenient to groceries and eateries. Guest parking feet from front door. Oil heat, on-demand propane hot water, municipal water/sewer, great water pressure. W/D in full bath. Super clean w/quality beds/linens. Kitchen incl iron/board, new pots/pans, white porcelain dishware and colorful outdoor set for BBQing (new propane BBQ provided), air fryer, Keurig machine, air fryer, blender, toaster, mixer, spices, outdoor dining w/umbrella, lounge chairs. FirstAid kit/fire extinguisher at hand. Carbon-Mono and Smoke detectors installed. Keys will be left under doormat or in doorknob shortly before check-in time, to where we ask they be returned upon departure. Communication via text preferred for easiest and most prompt attention. Casual and pedestrian/bike-friendly town. Village Hall/police station a block away as are pizza, wings, wraps at Glenn's 66 Eatzzeria... across from that Blue Plate restaurant, Chatham Brewing, Main St. specialty shops, including an Al Roker favorite "Bimi Cheese Shop", and Chatham Real Food Co-Op providing local farm grown organics, salads and soups. Chatham Post Office sits just behind iconic Main St. Clocktower. Price Chopper, Walgreens, Stewart's convenience store (and 2 add'l gas stations), schools, library, 5 banks, accountants, opticians within one mile. Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School/Farm/Store 8 miles near. The "all are welcome" atmosphere of the town, and owners of this property, invite you to feel at home and stay a while. Mailman/UPS deliver to your door. Taxi and Uber services available. For long-term guests, Village trash pick-up is early Wednesday mornings, best to put trash cans at the curb the night before. Garbage stickers available at Citgo/Stewart's gas stations and Tracy Memorial Village Hall at end of Main Street on the Rotary. Stickers come in sheets of 5, or $10. Place one sticker on each bag, put in trash receptacle kept on exterior by the home's second entrance.
