Older updated home in Southport. My home is 1 mile from I65 and 10 minutes from downtown Indy. Greenwood mall and shopping is up the road. I am 5 minutes from Community Hospital south and Franciscan . Beautiful older home that has been updated in a quiet neighborhood. The room is upstairs with a queen bed , tv and private bath. I enjoy my house and I am sure that you will as well! You are more than welcome to enjoy the living room and kitchen area, front porch and deck in back. I continue to update yearly! My guests will have access to deck, sun room, kitchen, dining room, living room. I am available upon request! My home is close to Hwy 65 and 10 minutes from downtown Indy. Greenwood mall is 5 minutes away. There is also a shopping center close by . My neighborhood is safe and quiet . I am 5 minutes away from Community south hospital and Franciscan. Sidewalks in Southport, uber and lyft. I will provide a continental breakfast , such as milk , cereal and or donuts. Coffee is available as well. Please do not hesitate if you would like something specific. I do love to bake and occasionally I leave homemade goodies in the refrigerator or in kitchen!
