Bedroom with Private Full Bath in Quiet Town

We are renting out a bedroom in our modern colonial house in a convenient but quiet neighborhood of Hopkinton, MA. This is a large 9-acre plot with wooded area and lake access that provides a lot of peaceful natural environment and privacy. There is access to a 24-hour supermarket across the street, along with hip dining options. The location is only a few-minute-drive to access the I-495 highway. Starbucks and Dunkin are within a mile from the house. We are a family of 3 with a 2 and half-year-old daughter. We provide a TV in the room and a private full bath with a double sink for the guests. The kitchen area is shared and we can provide coffee, milk, and cereal for morning breakfasts, and you can use the utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook. We live in the house. Great natural area with Hopkinton State Park and Maspenock Lake providing great views and recreation. There is a bus from the shopping area across the street to the train station Ashland MBTA. We could occasionally provide rides too if needed.
