If you’re looking for the perfect coastal getaway, look no further than this elegant and beautifully designed house in Sea Ranch! This romantic gem is perched above the equestrian center, offering stunning views from inside the house and the expansive decks. Surrounded by open land on three sides, you can watch local wildlife ambling across the lawn while hawks soar overhead. Towering redwoods and beaches with waterfalls are just minutes away. The home is sunny and sheltered from the coastal wind, so when you return from the beach you can sit on the deck in comfort watching the sunset spread out before you. The bright, beautifully renovated wood interior creates a warm and inviting home where you can relax, entertain, read, write, and share meals. Enjoy a glass of wine on the cushioned teak lounge chairs. The kitchen is stocked with chef’s appliances, cookware, and utensils. Prepare your ideal dinner while taking in the view both from the kitchen and the grill. Then enjoy your meal on the deck or in the dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room area is cozy and offers a Roku TV to enjoy your favorite shows and streaming services. A second TV is in one of the bedrooms. The Sonos audio system with a Spotify account allows you to play any music you wish. In addition, there are a selection of board games and a card table. With all the community's shared amenities, including tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, and numerous beaches, you and your group will be able to entertain yourselves for days outdoors and inside the home. What’s nearby: A meandering trail or a quick drive leads you to the iconic Ohlson Recreation Center, with a pool, saunas, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Take the short and worthwhile drive to Fort Ross State Historic Park; or, if you’re into golfing, travel five-and-a-half miles up Highway 1 to try your hand at the Sea Ranch Golf Links, which offers a fully equipped golf shop, a practice putting green, a full grass driving range, a snack bar, and more. Head six miles north to enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park, where you can hike, kayak, and picnic with your family. And whale watching from the house or the walking trails in the spring and fall is a favorite activity for many. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Two (2) parking passes for Sea Ranch Recreation Centers and beach parking lots Animals are not permitted on this property for any reason. Should you bring an animal, you will be asked to leave immediately and your payment will be forfeited. * Please note: the fireplace is not available to guests from May through October. Parking notes: Check in for your Sea Ranch home is 2 steps. 1. At 4pm you can use the lock box located at the front door to enter your home. 2. You must pick up your guest packet at the local Vacasa office located at 38820 South Highway One Suite 108, Gualala Ca 95445. *Please access our office by turning onto Sedalia /Hubert Drive at the Seafood Shack sign.* If the office is closed, you will find your packet in the lock box to the right of our door. Combination lock code is needed. Your packet includes your Sea Ranch parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the rec centers, hiking trails etc) and must be visible in the vehicles. Most but not all of our houses will accommodate more than 2 cars. For guests with more than 2 cars, any additional car(s) can be used to go to and from the house without a pass but will need to remain in the drive way otherwise. On street parking is not permitted. NO RV'S OR CAMPER VANS PERMITTED TO PARK ON SEA RANCH.Most of our house will not accommodate more than 3 cars. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
