Apartment attached to private home

AFTER TWO YEARS OF COVID WE NOW WELCOME GUESTS WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE COVID VACCINE AND ARE BOOSTED. This two bedroom apartment is attached to a private home in a suburban neighborhood. One bedroom has twin beds, another has a queen and an IKEA pullout. Living room has a sofa bed. The apartment sleeps 7. Full kitchen. No steps involved. Walk-in shower. 36” doorways. Hallway railings. Small dog friendly. We request 24 hr notice & arrival before 8:00pm. IAHP families are very welcome. Perfect space for a family. The bigger bedroom opens onto a screened-in porch. There is a large yard with swing, hammock, deck, picnic table and gazebo. The in-ground pool can be used in season at the owners' discretion. Private entrance apartment with seasonal porch and yard. We will almost always greet guests upon arrival and will be generally available. Flourtown is a quiet, suburban residential community with restaurants, movie tavern, shopping and fast food places nearby. Quaint Chestnut Hill is three miles away, as is beautiful Morris Arboretum, Chestnut Hill College and Arcadia University. Short ride to regional rail into Philadelphia. We are close to the Wissahickon Trail in Fairmount Park for biking, walking and hiking. Three shopping malls are a short drive away, as is Valley Forge National Park. We are less than three miles from the Institute for the Achievement of Human Potential. There is an Enterprise car rental in Flourtown. Regional rail to the city is nearby and we'll drive you there and pick you up when possible if you don't have a car. WiFi access was improved in January 2016. Meals are not provided but food shopping is walking distance. Beverages and snacks will be available. Sorry but we don't accept booking requests for use of the apartment, yard and/or pool for parties or events. Because family members occasionally use the apartment throughout the year, we don’t accept long-term guests. At our discretion, and dependent on use by us, our families and friends, the pool MAY be available for for a quick dip after your busy day. Please discuss with us when you arrive. We will allow small dogs. They must go with you whenever you leave the apartment.
