Charming Home in Lakeside Town

Enjoy our roomy, light and bright, well appointed home with sunroom in the heart of Pentwater, a charming town on Pentwater Lake and Lake Michigan. One minute walk to shops and restaurants and a five minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Ours is a historic home updated and expanded with a very large, light and bright sun room looking onto gardens, a large kitchen and large beautiful rooms. It was renovated by a nationally known designer. We are a two minute walk to the charming town of Pentwater and a five minute walk to the beaches of lake Michigan which is part of Mears State Park. We live in Pentwater and will be available if you need help with anything. If you are charmed by mature oak trees, brick walkways and white picket fences, and families riding their bikes down the street, this is the place for you. Many of the neighbors have beautiful gardens. A European friend commented about the neighborhood and town that it was something out of the movies. The entire area is interesting- we have the water, deep forests, farms, and a civilized, charming town. There are public tennis courts, and every Thursday night during the summer a terrific band concert in the village green. Everything is walkable, bring bikes and explore the town and area. There is also public access to Pentwater Lake and and channel from there to lake Michigan for boaters- kayaks, sail and power boats included.
