Wonderful beach cottage with peek a boo views of the lake. Beach is steps away - Wonderful beachy feel cottage has air condition and warm feel for a small family. Upper bunks are not made for the rentals but bedding is available to use. This property allows parking for 1 car. Additional vehicles will park on Lake shore road in parking lot and will be provided with parking pass ( you must let us know two weeks before stay for additional parking of 2 cars max) The property requires a rental agreement to be signed before stay. Also renter must be 25. No prom parties. We have a grill but propane is renters responsibility. Lights on side of house must be shut off at 9 pm as they shine into neighbors house. one parking spot is offered but we can prepare two additional spots in the parking lot on lakeshore with parking spaces. Before your stay - you must sign the owners rental agreement.
