Apartment Over Garage Next to Home on Private Lot

This apartment is close to lots of shopping, PA turnpike, Quakertown city center. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the views including deer, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is designed for business travelers and solo adventurers, but also good for couples and get away weekends . Washer/Dryer, coffee maker, toaster, secure wireless internet access, reserved parking for one car, quiet location. Convenient to Musik-Fest, Dorney Park. There is full size washer and dryer in the unit. There is also an updated, queen sized bed in the bedroom. Kitchen has coffee maker, microwave, cook top, toaster, dishes, etc. The apartment over looks a wooded area where deer are frequently seen. There is one reserved parking space at the base of the stairs. This is a great little apartment at an excellent value. However, it is not perfect. Our WiFi is secure and requires that you enter the password for the router to use it. Also, the shower head is a modest, water saver style. You may find other "quirks" in our place. If you desire perfection, this may not be the place for you. A stay of 30 days or more avoids the PA sales tax of 6%, Bucks County tax of 5% and is discounted at 15%. There is a private entrance to the apartment. All guests are greeted in person. Guest may need to show photo ID as keys will only be given to the airbnb member that made the reservation. We are usually not around much due to our responsibilities to our many properties. But we are always available by phone, email, and text should you have any questions. This modest property is located on an exclusive road in a rural, scenic area. Set back from the road on a large lot, it is a very quiet and private setting. You will need a car to get around. Located about 1.5 miles from the Quakertown exit of PA turnpike, a wonderful option for those who like privacy and quiet. This apartment is located over a garage. You will need to climb a set a stairs to access the apartment. We do have limited hours for check-in. It is our policy to personally greet and meet all of our guests, we are not able to accommodate check-ins outside of our given time frame.
