Small, but big-in-comfort, studio apartment separate from main house. Located on the edge of Nebraska City with views of the rolling countryside, it is very quiet and peaceful. This rental has everything to feel at home. Private bath, kitchenette and scenic outdoor space. Space includes towels, linens, smart tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen and a plush, comfy bed. Cozy but very well appointed. Our property is perfect for anyone needing clean, affordable lodging. Anybody from the transient worker to a couple wanting a quiet get-a-way this rental is perfect. You'll have a private room with your own bath and kitchenette which is all in a separate building from the main house and makes it even more private. It is well equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, keurig, refrigerator, microwave, assorted dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There is a flat screen smart tv, cable, free wifi, and a plush, pillow top full size bed. Located on the edge of Nebraska City, we are 5 minutes to most shops and restaurants with easy access to highway 2, 75 and interstate 29. Plenty of free parking is available. Guest will have access to outdoor area with their own table and chairs to enjoy the rolling Nebraska countryside. We live in the house next to the listing so we are around most weekends and evenings. We are private people and want to give our guests their privacy too, but we are always available for any problems, concerns or questions. If our schedules match up with guests we are more than happy to provide a guided tour of our fantastic city. You just have to let us know if you're interested. We want your stay to be a pleasurable and memorable experience. We love where we live because we are in the country where it is peaceful, quiet and very private but also very close to Nebraska City and all of it's amenities. There is no public transit where we are located and guests will need a car.
