Hostel Beaumont

Hostel Beaumont provides lower-priced, basic sociable accommodation where guests can rent a single private room and share a bathroom, lounge and kitchen for at least 1 month or longer. Or by week at the weekly rate. The hostel has wifi access and private off-street parking. It is a perfect location for you to call home while in Beaumont so that you can concentrate on what matters, your work and saving money. We ask at least a 30 day stay. Or pay by week at the weekly rate. To keep our prices the lowest in Beaumont, we ask a minimum 30 day stay. The entire property is safe and gated. There is a 24-hr surveillance system and security lights. We also have Tesla charger possibilities on site. In the past we've hosted a variety of people from travel nurses to engineers, inspectors and teachers. You will have access to the entire house. You can also relax outside on one of the picnic tables. I am a professor, so I have a flexible schedule to assist you with anything you need. I do not live at the hostel but I visit daily. So if there is anything it can be easily handled. The neighborhood is right off the highway so it is easy access to I-10, which saves on your commute time. You will need a car to get around. We have had student guests without a car, they used Uber to get around. Guests Rental Agreement 1.Guests agree to stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for guests or their property. 2.You agree to NO SMOKING of any substance in the unit. You agree to smoke in designated areas outside of the property. 3.Guests agree that the only allowed visitors are Authorized Visitors on the property at all times. 4. You agree to return all keys. 5. You agree to leave pets (except service animals) at home. 6. You agree that the owners are authorized to pursue compensation for negligent or willful violations of the house rules. 7. You understand you are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check out. The guest will be responsible for any damage to any contents that occurs during their stay. 8. The Owners are not responsible for any personal effects of The Guest that may disappear from the suite. The Guest is responsible for insurance on all of Guest’s personal items. The Guest will be fully responsible for all damage to the suite or contents during their stay. The Guest agrees to indemnify The Owners and hold it harmless from any injury or damage resulting to The Guest, their invites, or other persons, their personal property, the suite, its contents, or the property, occurring in the suite itself or in any common areas including, but not limited to, stairways, parking lots, recreational areas, that may be used by The Guest.
