It features a separate, private entrance accessible by stone stairway; your own bathroom with shower (only); kitchenette with fridge, Kuerig coffeemaker, toaster oven; cable television with HBO; wifi internet access; comfy queen bed; wicker loveseat, chairs. Natural light. You will have access to the Carriage House studio above garage as well as space for one car. We generally are available via text messages through the day to answer any questions, and are generally more available in person during evenings. Located in Newtonville, one of the 13 villages of Newton, and features a great brunch diner, sports pub, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Shaw's grocery, Starbucks and more. Longer walk or quick bike ride to Newton Center and West Newton villages, or Boston College Law School and other area universities. Short walk to the commuter rail, Newtonville station, and bus lines to Boston, Watertown and Newton Center. We offer one space in our driveway.
