Warm & Cozy Studio 5mins from the Airport!

This is a beautiful basement studio / man cave worth staying at. The place is located literally (no lie) 7 mins to the International Airport and 15 mins to center city. Perfect location to reach all of Philly’s main attractions. The stadium and the Wells Fargo Center are less than 10 minutes away. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge and stove, a comfy memory foam bed and mattress, washer and dryer, as well as Smart TV with Netflix, so you can chill all you want! Simple, cozy - overall the perfect spot. A studio in the basement of the house with a private entrance. The upper portion is occupied by other guests and you do not have access to or interact with each other. Free flowing unit with a memory foam mattress, a comfortable couch that turns into the ultimate cuddle bed, and a kitchenette area for small meals prep. ***Perfect for Rona and chill for you and your Quarantine Bae*** During the summer, You can also head out onto the backyard if you'd like and may use the hammock and BBQ grill if you bring your own charcoal! (Ask me if the yard is open for use!) You have access to the studio which is in the basement and has its own entrance door in the driveway. Please do not go up the stairs, as you will set off the alarm! ***Please note, photoshoots, events, parties of any kind are not permitted unless discussed with me PRIOR to your stay beginning. Breach of any house rules will lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.*** You will have no interactions with me unless needed / you want to. You can always contact me via cell or message through your Airbnb app. I promise a prompt response! There are a number of convenience stores, restaurants and gas stations within the vicinity of the unit, as well as plenty of on-street parking. Quiet neighborhood, with a mix of younger and older couples with a big variation in race, religion, and background. True Philadelphia MIX! SAFE ! SAFE ! SAFE ! Great cheesesteak spot called Falone's not too far, but the more famous ones like Ginos or Pat's are a 12 mins drive away as well. The #36 Trolley to center city is a 5-10 mins walk away $2.25 for the token to downtown. Uber / Lyft to City Hall - Downtown+/- $9 depending on time or if pooling Island Ave Shopping plaza in general area of trolley station. I can get you a ride to/from airport depending on availability. Never hurts to ask! Backyard closed during winter up to April. Let me know if you want to use the backyard area so I can tell you whether or not you will be able to fully enjoy it!
