From your own private decks you can see Ruby hospital, the PRT station, shopping and the MEGA bus. Our neighborhood is upscale and home to the elite of Morgantown. One of the few places in West Virginia with flat streets and withing walking distance not only to Ruby Hospitals & Health South but grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Our entire home is set up for our quests to use. We have a washer and dryer in the laundry room and detergent is provided. Media room has theater chairs and a curved 3D TV. We are always available to help with questions but you will be mostly on your own. This is the place to stay when you have lots of studying or writing to do. Quiet, serene environment with lots of activity just blocks away when you need a break. Walk to everywhere on flat streets. Only neighborhood in Morgantown that has this feature. We have two taxi companies in Morgantown. Motown Taxi lets you call a cab with your cell phone. Just download their app. The bus station is a three minute walk where you can also access the PRT. The Person Rapid Transit system operated by West Virginia University. Kinda like the Monorail at Disney World! Alan drives Uber so ask him. This is a very relaxed family environment. If some clothes on the floor, or man toys In the living room, cobwebs on the chandelier, or mess in the kitchen bothers you this is not the right place for you. Our guests are mostly young graduate students.
