Private terrace apartment in my home! The pool is exclusively for Airbnb guests/not shared. Guest apt. includes everything pictured, 3 br 2 ba, projection theater seats up to 10, a full eat-in kitchen, living room with bar, laundry room, private in-ground pool, fire pit and covered outdoor dining area with grill. Minutes from Road Atlanta, Infinite Energy Arena, UGA, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan Winery and right in the middle of Georgia's beautiful horse farms and expansive cattle pastures. You will be amazed at this lovely resort-like 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment located on the terrace level of my home! Open and spacious enough for you, your pets and your group to feel super comfortable and entertained! You will have your own private outdoor area, fully fenced with lots of room for pets to play, a child's cedar play set and a pool with covered outside dining. There is plenty of seating and a grill. You can watch the game or a movie in your own private theater that seats up to 10! The theater can double as a bedroom if needed. It has 2 sofas that convert to full size beds. There is a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, large living room with built-in bar, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I am a designer and I have a fun Tuscan theme going on that you will all enjoy! So bring friends and family to relax and enjoy this resort-like experience together! Enjoy the entire apartment with exclusive use of the pool from noon until 6PM. You must sign a waiver if you choose to use the pool. The upper deck in the back is private for us. This is a very quiet and private rural community. We are on a small cul de sac first right after the entrance. It is a very relaxing place to unwind and get away from all the stress of life. You will feel like you are in your own private resort retreat! Relax and find peace and a bit of fun too! We are out in beautiful horse country...You will need a car or use uber to get around. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the Terrace level and third bedroom with second bath is on the upper level...all areas are private, but there are steps to access third bedroom and bath.
