Fast Internet, TV of 120 channels all through Roku3 provided by Spectrum. The house is 4yrs old!!. No public transportation but UBER and LYFT works. NO SMOKING IN and AROUND the house PLEASE. No gallivanting, No Drugs, Respectful and MUST BE NEAT. We are friendly family Your room is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable and has a kettle with Tea & coffee tray. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Iron and ironing board on request, plenty of storage for your luggage, bath towel, shampoo and soap but you are responsible for your items. TV & wifi. You are welcome to use the living room but party in the house is not allowed. No SMOKING, drugs or any thing classified illegal by law. We will call the law enforcement if we notice any unprofessional and irresponsible behavior because me and my family stays there. Besides, the house excluding the rooms are fully wired with cameras and monitoring internally and externally and all cameras records 24/7. Please late nights movements especially after midnight is not allowed in and outside the house except on agreement with us and any strange movement (not your room) can trigger the law enforcement during the time and the neighbors are friendly and can help call the law. The rooms are very spacious for short stays and some for long term. We may decide to move you to any room suitable for your stay. Please remember to go through the notice board for further instructions. We clean and disinfect the house regularly and we will communicate to you through Airbnb at anytime. We are not responsible for your health issues and you can call 911 or visit ER in the time of crisis. We may assist if its within our capabilities to do so. Note that using the house equipment including mobility, gym, working around the house especially stepping on wet floors, house sprays etc. is at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any negligence or for disobeying instructions of the house that might result to any emergency attention either by law, medics or individuals. We are family people and we stay in this facility, therefore, we dont entertain drama. Once we work you through the facility and you feel its a place you cannot stay, kindly let us know and we will call Airbnb to refund you 100%. I will be available when I am not working or send me a message through Airbnb My house is on a clean, secured, safe, quiet and upscale neighborhood. There is no room for gallivanting, no clubs, and no little stores around for liquors or anything that may be indecent. It’s a community mainly occupied by professionals and working class individuals. We have shopping centers 1 to 2 minutes from the neighborhood and there is no public transportation. That means you must drive but we have the option of using UBER. We are 0.5miles away from public schools. Our community is 30 miles away from the airport and 30 minutes from Atlanta downtown. Publix is about 4minutes drive, Walmart is about 10minutes, and other shops like Domino Pizza, Chinese food, QT Gas stations and others are just 3minutes drive from the community. We have other relaxation centers which I may not have mentioned. The parking is street or in front of the house if no car is parked. It’s on first come first server bases. Nothing happens to your car even if you park on the street because our community is secured but Cars Park at owner’s risk. We don’t have public Transportation and the County don’t allow it because of security reasons. So you must have your own car or you can use UBER. We respect guests who are working class and professionals. Friends are not welcome once its 8.00pm and you must take permission from us before we allow any friend. You can use our living room for meetings and our internet and computer is very fast. Please, any friend coming must dressed professional and be responsible. We have cameras recording every transaction or activities going on in the house. All recordings are streamed directly to the web offsite storage and our alarm system is integrated with the Police. We have Security companies monitoring the house as well. We don’t smoke but we welcome smoking guests to smoke NOT inside or around the house but far from the house or compound before entering. We don’t entertain parties and friends because the neighborhood may call the Police for any suspicious activities. Its 5minutes Police response time to my community for any suspicious activity. We are friendly and loving community and we watch each other’s back. We love CLEAN guests and that is why we don’t charge you for cleaning. We sanitize the house monthly from bugs and any other infections so we are very clean. We would ask you send a reservation request for these requirements to guarantee we fulfil your needs adequately. If we discover that you are not complying with the rules of the house, we reserve the rights to tell you leave or call the cops on you or call AirBnB to tell you to leave. We don't entertain midnight movements because we have people going to work the next day. You can drink at home but don’t get drunk. I stay with my wife and kids in this house and we are happy family originally from Africa.
