Separate from main house with private entrance and parking. Large Samsung TV with Cable, sports and Dodger channel. The studio gets a great Ocean Breeze, but we also have installed a Mitsubishi Mini split for air conditioning on Hot days... Very Cozy and fun you will love it... The Silver Strand beach is a mile-long stretch that at times seems like a private beach, because there is very little parking in the area... Great for walking, surfing, and great location to find beach glass. We Clean and disinfect extensively in accordance with VRBO guidelines. Linens will be supplied by renter, starting TP, Paper towels, and coffee, Long Term renter will maintain paper goods thereafter. COVID Changes We follow social distancing guidelines. We space bookings with 1 nights between each booking.
